Bad CV Joints

Hi all. I have a 2006 325xi, ~67,000 miles, all stock as far as I am aware. I am fairly certain that the front right CV joint is gone, at least what I've found on the web matches the commons symptoms, i.e. vibration during acceleration/load but not coasting. I am not knowledgeable enough to repair this, so when I start calling around for quotes, should I be asking for a replacement of the the joint, the entire axle, both front joints, both front axles, or? TIA
