My rims are VMRs 18 inch back 9.5 inch et33 and from 8.5 inch ET 35


What tires sizes do I need to not f up my AWD system?

235/40/18 265/35/18
235/40/18 275/35/18

The 275 rear is a closer match but the 265 works too. Depends on the look you're going for, ride height, etc.

EDITED for 18s.

FYI: OEM on my E90 335xi is 225/40/18 F and 255/35/18 R with 34 F/37 R offset. I am dropped as well.

We would typically recommend 225/40/18 F and 255/35/18 R on this setup.
I can't guarantee you won't run into any issues with rubbing on your current ride height since there are so many variables involved (alignment, camber, tire brand etc). However, we do have customers with lowered suspension running these specs that haven't reported any issues.

.. "dropped as fuck" doesn't mean much to me, lmao. But +1 to VMR's suggestion. You'll get a bit more room in the fender wells.

255 in the rear will be slightly stretched (at least in my opinion) and will not give you any curb protection if that's important to you. I'm sure there are plenty of pics out there of 255 tire on a 9.5 rim. Here's one thread with some after a very quick search: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=622717

Your ride height responses are extremely vague. If I were you and wanted to get input from others I would share fender to center of the hub measurements.
