GVA: Anyone else finally wash their car?

Spent 3 hours washing and detailing my car, god I can't even remember the last time we had a sunny day or the last time I washed my car. I think it was in early September, lol. Did anyone else wash their car today? The weather looks clear but cold for the next few days.

i was going to wash my car today, until my gf insisted that her white coloured car needs washing more than my silver coloured car (which i havent washed since the end of September, but still looks decent) LOL

Hahahah I was eyeballing a local car wash on the weekend deciding whether or not to go in. Silver hides the dirt well until you get closer.

Got up early and washed mine about 2 weeks ago and then it started raining........

Got it into the garage in time and spent the rest of the day doing a full clay bar/Klasse/Wax job..........and then slapped on the snow tires.

All ready for the winter

decided to wash mine yesterday...

quick wash, didnt even bother to do any door/trunk jams or dry it either. gotta tell ya...it was cooooold, especially with how windy it was yesterday too.

Feels good driving around a nice, clean car after been dirty for soooo long but I'm sure the rain will return by the weekend and the next time I'll wash my car will be sometime in April, lol.

My AW is so diirrrrttty right now it's ridiculous.

Looking to wash on Saturday before I head down to see the inlaws in Brantford. Do I wash before the 2hr highway drive, or after, when I arrive in Brantfors??? It'll be the first time they're seeing it so I want it looking good. Decisions Decisions.

Who has the best touchless? What's the safest softcloth?

I've been going to Petro Can and Sunoco Touchless; but have been disappointed in recent times.

i say after u arrive in brantfors. Cause for sure your car will get dirty again in the highway drive.

I'm the guy who washes his car when there’s snow on the ground. My neighbours all think I’m nuts, but hey, that’s why my cars all look brand new all the time.

just a heads up...

dont bother taking ur cars to those touchless systems...

took my rdx to the esso touchless on 41st yesterday and it didnt do anything. drove out and there was still sooo much dirt on the truck. waste of $11. rather pay someone like $25-30 to do a handwash that actually works.

A neighbour was washing his grey Acura TSX late this late afternoon and it was freakin' cold with the wind chill. I'm not that crazy lol
