Jack solution for spare tire in trunk

Is there a compact but high quality jack out there that would be able to fit under the carpet in the trunk, or under a 189 wheel? (which is my spare)

The first thing that came to mind was maybe a small bottle jack, but I'm not sure if you could find one short enough to fit underneath the stock jack pad locations...

The OEM jack fits in the big pocket under the floor mat with just a tiny bit of fiddling.
