Car Handles Precisely but Not Flat

I have m3 rear sway and bushings along with ast 4100 coils.

I chose swift spring rates of 448 in the front and 672 in the rear.

When I take bends at low speeds the car feels like there is a little sway almost equivalent to stock cars. At higher speeds the car is extremely stable and precise but still a little sway.

Suspension knowledge and indepth spring rates is not my forte. I am wondering if I should have went lower in the front say 336.

Im am looking for some input from other coilover guys.

Thanks
