Hi Imran,

how much is the 335i alu brace, and how much of a difference will it make in comparison to the standard brace for day to day driving.

The alu brace for the 335i is £139 plus £15 for shipping. I have tried them on other BMW's and they do make a difference to turn on but have not tested them myself on the 335i. You have a vert - you need all the help you can get

If there is enough interest from 335i/135i owners I can set up a group buy to get the price down a little bit more.

PS. you need to change the bit under your forum name

Do they do these for a lowly 118d?

One of the best mods I ever did to my old Fabia vRS - it really sharpened up the front end

We have carbon and alu ones in stock for the 118D. Prices are the same as the E9X prices above.

They are only shaped slightly differently. The look is exactly the same.

The Euro has fluctuated again since we bought this last lot.

Based on 10 people:

£129 inc VAT plus £10 shipping for the aluminium.

£239 inc VAT plus £10 shipping for the carbon one.

This applies to all models not just 335i.

If you are interested at this price let me know on this thread and I will add your name to the first post.

Imran,

Looking at the mounting plate shape it looks like the OE brace bars can left in place, and the mounting bolt for those will poke through the large hole in the weichers plate

Is this right?

Also, how do you increase the the length to take the slack out of the linkages and set the bar under compression? Are the nuts at the pivot ends used to wind the pivots outwards or are the ends of the main spar threaded?

Cheers
