I don't know what's fair or not, but the car is goin on 5 years old. Even if it was barely driven, a year is a year. And the newer 3-series is getting closer and closer. That most likely means falling prices on existing models, right?

I don't know ur situation, but that's how I would approach it. Just my 2 cents...

KBB says $23140 so I'd say it's fair.

Very fair price.

I bought my 325i with zpp only a month ago at 22k with 48000km on the counter; that's a little less then 30k miles. So your deal looks like its better then mine but Canadian cars always sells at a higher price the americans; go figure. (Probably because our cars are made for cold canadian winters)

I also took a look at the 330i. The 330i was 28k$ with around 40kmiles on the counter. So I figured I could do a LOT more with that extra 6k since there isnt a lot of difference between the 325 and 330... 3 stages intake manifold (Which you can get for around a grand), Less restrictive exhaust (Which you can get for an extra grand too) and bigger wheels (That I wanted to change anyway). That's pretty much it.

My decision to go used was based on the fact that I didnt want to put twice the amount every month for a brand new one and I also wanted some pocket money to throw in some mods.

So far, i'm really happy with it and I wouldnt do differently if I could go back in time. Except maybe grab your deal instead of mine since you got a couple OEM packages.

$22K seems to be a great deal for a low mileage 330i, assuming clean carfax.
A friend of mine in SOCAL bought his 06' 330i last year for $26K through private sale and the car got 35K on it.

I paid $22K for my wife's 330i w/30k miles back in April and was happy with the deal. It has the sport and premium package and the premium sound, but it's missing the cold weather package.
