Upper door panel faded

I noticed that in one spot on my driver side upper door panel is faded. Its only in the area where you would rest your elbow and I'm guessing it was from the previous owner. If you look at the right angle you can see where its dull and everything else is shiny so I'm assuming the clearcoat was removed on that area.

Is there something I can buy to fix this? Maybe some kind of clearcoat to reapply? Anyone else had this problem or fixed this before?

Thanks
