Quad exhaust cutouts idea... CF diffuser
So I'm getting an M-Technic rear and (probably) Eisenmann quads...
I WANT the CF diffuser. I DON'T WANT to CUT the CF diffuser. So here's my idea... Has anyone seen a CF decal/sticker that doesn't look like CRAP? I'd much rather cut up a fake CF decal than a $5-700 peice of CF. Matt |

All you have to do is buy carbon fiber vinyl. The weaves are 100% perfect and it looks pretty good to me. You can find CF vinyl online. They usually sell by the ft. i think so get as much as you need.
If you dont live too far, i know you can go to super autobacs. They have like 7..8 huge rolls of vinyl. They have basically every color (red, blue, black, white, and CF) and you tell them to cut how much you need. Heres the link to their website http://www.autobacsusa.com/ hope this helps. |

Matt, if you have your heart set on the CF diffuser, I'd just get the real thing. You can be very careful with your dremel tool and do things right the first time without damaging the diffuser.

KS, I'm not worried about messing up the CF diffuser... I can cut...
I just have a moral dillemma about cutting a piece out of a $700 peice of CF. It just feels so wrong! lol |
