Brake noise or spring noise

After I put new rims and tires on, there are some rare brake noise come from front side like when I press brake on slow speed, I don't know how to explain the sound, but it is like a chi-chi.... somethinkg like too tight with brake pad but my body shop told me is the rare sound from Front side spring, they told me after drive sometimes the sound should be gone, but right now almost a week, the sound still there. So rare, I don't know should I do the balance for 4 tires or wheel alignment?

This post made me laugh for some reason. Maybe it's the explanation of the sound "chi chi". Are the tire valve stems hitting the brake calipers? That's what happened with mine before and the stems are now moved to the back.

but the body shop people told me the sound come from spring, because before my stock rim is 17 inch but right now I change to 19inch. so spring have to take sometimes adjust.
