Blown turbo seal?

Hey guys i just recently bought an 08 335xi and i did cp-e downpipes and ae exhaust and a jb4 tuner and now i am getting an oil smell and alot of smoke out of my left tailpipe. it only happens when the car is warm and i am sitting at a stand still. smoke and smell goes away once there is any load on the car. I am thinking turbo seals but am not sure.

If it is the seals would i be better off going upgraded turbos or oem replacement? also has any one had any luck rebuilding them? any input will be greatly appreciated!

What color is the smoke?

From what I have read(still new to these cars) they are mhi(Mitsubishi) turbos. Coming from the DSM community, they can easily be rebuilt but if your going to go through the effort of taking them off, why not upgrade.
