Looks a lot better with the tips coated. Ill get more sound clips later on.

The theory behind the tips and mufflers are very good for you guys that are wondering about it. Go to the zoomers site and click under tech section.

They would ship. Just give him a call and he will work some sort of price with you.

Im sure it will be cheaper since they arent doing the install.

If this is something they will build, is it one solid piece or is it multiple pieces to be put together by my muffler shop?

Mine is a prototype piece. Like I said if more people take interest in it then they will make a real production piece which will me made out of full polished stainless steel, unless instructed other wise like mine.

I believe they do all their work in shop. There place is pretty big and they have all the tools to make whatever you want.

the dimensions of the e92 have got to be different...probably would want them to make and install one before I got one, but I'm definitely game!

He doesnt have it yet. yes he post on the boards.

I just talked to ron.

He said if we get enough guys interested they will start making a production piece. But he also said you have to remember making a final production piece with full polished stainless steel mandrel bends will take anywhere from 30-90 days.

Thats from the downpipe back.

Hes a busy guy I gave him the link to the boards and he will come to answer any questions you guys have.

Sorry for leaving everyone shallow, I really dont have the answer to everyones questions since I wasnt the one that built the system.

I understand all that. Im just wondering for shipping purposes, will they make this in segments. Or does it have to be constructed as one full replacement piece? What its made out of is a different question alltogether.

Im not sure how they will peice it. Maybe midpipe will be 1 piece and the rest as another.

We will have to wait till ron can answer everything.

Ya they took too long. Plus this way I could get everything the way I wanted it. Plus zoomers is very reputable.

And I love the sound. I couldnt find any other markers that gave the sound I wanted.

Also went with the 3.5 inch tips so my car looks stock still.

I cant handle the huge 4 inch tips that look like they touch the cutouts.
