Golf Tee Mod... how?

So, I've spent the last 20 min searching this site for the Golf Tee mod and can't find any DIY on it. The only threads that pop up are ones that talk about it's effects and occasionally make reference to it, but don't actually talk about HOW to do it. I don't feel like getting the error messages from unplugging the actuator. Can someone please direct me to the original DIY?
