LCI's and painted my engine cover.

Painting the engine cover was super easy and made cutouts for the BMW Power. I think it came out not to bad for something i really didn't put time in.

Are you going to change the emblem? Doesn't match anything.

I think it turned out good, too. What kind of paint did you use?

I guess when I get red overlays... But maybe I like things to not match

I used VHT high temp paint. Just scuffed if up so the paint would stick

I think the emblem looks great, adds your own unique style and compliments the paint.

I think a black/white emblem would match it better.

Like just take the emblem off? I would look silly and you would see that something is missing? Don't you think? Or are you suggesting something else? And thanks

Yes. I may swap the carbon over to the blue side or put white carbon over lays on the blue. I didn't all black but it looked kinda silly IMO

Yea that's what I was thinking. I like the contrast. Honestly I think im going to remove the red off the hoot and the trunk. I like the contrast of the Radom blue in there. Plus the BMW blue is known for the badge. It looked kind if generic with the red on it.

Honestly I have been debating removing the rear badge.. I really dont like it back there.. it just pops on the trunk lol.. I need to get a carbon duck tail trunk then for sure won't have the badge on that.

Looks good. Yeah maybe a different color emblem would be better. Also you should put black vinyl in the indents of the rear bumper like this.
