How much did this cost for the piping+muffler+installation?

Thanks.

Car's been at the mechanic's for about 5 days now and I'll be getting it back Monday or Tuesday.

Again, this is what I'm getting painted + installed:
M3 style front bumper
M3 side skirts
M-tech rear bumper (dual-outlet)

Here's what I'm getting done:
Extension piping + re-routing the tips
Badge delete
Minor fix ups

Here are some BEFORE pics!

Got the car today! I gotta say it's very clean job!

If anyone needs body part repairs, painting or even this kind of job in the Montreal area: Go to SarVik Garage Expert (7131 Cote des Neiges).

One thing that bothers me is the sound, it lost 20% of it's aggressiveness.
What can I do to fix this? Do you suggest a Secondary Cat delete?

Here are the pics!
Enjoy and I'm open to questions!!

Congrats! That is a very good clean install. Does it still sound the same?

From the driver's seat, it doesn't because now the sound is split in left and right whereas it used to all come out from the left before.

Any ideas on what to do to make the sound a little louder?

People delete the secondary cats, and or the resonator for increased volume, although it may alter the tone of the exhaust.

PE already deleted the resonator, so you can only try to delete the secondary cats now.

Kay, here's what I'll do:
-Post a sound clip tomorrow
-Go get a Secondary Cat delete if I feel it really needs one

Is it clamped on or do I have to cut it out?

Here's the clip...

As you can see, it still has that note but it seems weakened by the extended pipes and 90 degree angles...

What can I do to fix this?

What if I replace the secondary cats by an X-pipe?
What would that do?

have no experience with X-pipe.

Just did a quick search: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showpo...3&postcount=23

seems like you will not want to replace with X pipe

I'll post more sound clips later. Maybe I'll go with a cat delete after all.
