I have AR catless DP's and Helix FMIC on 91 Pump
what map should I be running?

and so I don't have to ask this again when I get meth,
What Map should I be if I add 50/50 meth to this?

depends also on ambiental temp imo, if cool I'd choose maybe map7 otherwise 5, with meth up to 8 on DD even 9 on cool track days

Stick with Map 5, unless the temps drop and you are adding meth into the mix.
