Just dipped my grilles
Today I decided to remove the carbon fiber vinyl on my grilles and instead try plasti dipping them. The outcome was better than I expected and it looks very good! Here are some pics...

Just an update: some more pics. If anyone is hesitant in plasti dipping their grilles, dont be! Super easy alternative to purchasing grilles off of ebay. enjoy!

I would love to, except I cant quite figure out a way to remove that lower gray mesh, tried almost everything.

You don't have to remove them. Just use painters tape and some sort of tarp to cover the car. Then spray the spray paint into a small empty container that you can throw away (I used an old lunch meat container) and use a foam paint brush to paint the grille. Oh, and clean the grille before you paint too.
