Just dipped my grilles

Today I decided to remove the carbon fiber vinyl on my grilles and instead try plasti dipping them. The outcome was better than I expected and it looks very good! Here are some pics...

Looks good

I like black grilles when the car has the shadowline black package! Don't like it with the chrome/aluminium...

Just an update: some more pics. If anyone is hesitant in plasti dipping their grilles, dont be! Super easy alternative to purchasing grilles off of ebay. enjoy!

You don't have to remove them. Just use painters tape and some sort of tarp to cover the car. Then spray the spray paint into a small empty container that you can throw away (I used an old lunch meat container) and use a foam paint brush to paint the grille. Oh, and clean the grille before you paint too.
