Dumping the RFT's now what ?

Ok guys and gals, the time has come to dump the run flats, I'm now looking at what to do in the event of a puncture. I'm thinking a few cans of tyre weld and a compressor, question now is what jack do I get ? Does the E46 jack fit ?

Yes i have e46 jack and wrench they both work fine on e90 mate. I use e46 17'' space saver as spare wheel but it needs spacer on front axle.

Cheers roman, any idea if that space saver would fit over the front brakes of a 335d ?

Abbott26,

I bought the continental mobility kit in lieu of a spare tyre. Haven't had cause to use it yet in a crisis so not able to comment fully on whether it's any good or not. What I can say is though the 12v air pump, that comes with the kit, is a corker. Use it for inflating/checking my motorbike tyres and works a treat. Gauge is accurate too!

17'' is smallest size on 335s and it needs spacer due to offset of that e46 space saver. If my I'm not wrong on my 325i its 15mm spacer but 335 has bigger discs I'm not sure what spacer size on yours mate. There is another option but its stupid price

I bought the E9x BMW space saver kit when it was only £120 (3 years ago).

Looks like they've seen a niche in the market....
