Eibach pro kit
Ok so I've searched like crazy and can't find much info. I have an e90 pre lci 335i with sport package. No suspension mods thus far. I recently got my hands on an eibach prokit. What are thoughts of springs alone on otherwise stocks suspension? And how much should I expect for Install? And how do you like the ride quality? Thanks everyone.

get the eibach dampers to match your pro kit, it will ride great! I originally ran the pro kit springs with stock shocks and it was ok, and then later I installed the eibach shocks and it made a huge difference, wish I had done it that a lot sooner.

yea I would definitely throw some new shocks on also, you will have everything pulled apart anyway and you can save on the labor time from having to do it again later

i have had the eibach dampers and liked them, i don't know much about the koni fsd, but you do have the pro kit so i would match it with the eibach dampers, they are made for each other

FYI, Koni sells it's FSDs + Eibach as a combo deal. Heard great reviews and awesome pricing....

Eibach Pro Kit System
I bought the the Eibach Pro System kit off Amazon. Payed 650 shipped. Tire Rack sells for 675 but I would have had to pay sales tax and shipping. I will be putting on in the next couple of weeks. I will try to let you know the drop and how it drives once I do.

i had the same thinking but went for BMW perf kit for a few hundred more with the upgraded front sway.
i did read that pro kit is same as ZSP rates, just progressive. so thats where the comfort is. |

I had the pro kit on stock shocks and struts and it was a little bit more harsh over bumps vs my current stock sport suspension. It was a very nice ride overall though. People who rode in it didn't know it was lowered until I told them. I prefer the stance of the pro lot but the ride of the stock sport suspension a little tiny bit more. Install depends on your area but probably $200ish for labor. So you may want to just get matching shocks/struts while you're in there. That is probably the route I'm going this time.
