i am from romania....so,in europe are cheap.about 400 euros second hand....about 1000 euros are LCI headlight complete.
try on eBay germany.
now I have LCI headlight, but it's difficult to rewiring and coding for LCI.more simple it's to keep nLCI headlight and coding the car as I said

Negative. The M3 sedan and coupe both use the coupe style headlights, so they will not fit properly.

that looks awesome! see i dont get how people say the E90 LCI headlights dont fit a pre LCI if all the parts (hood / bumper) fit your car just right. the lights should fit right in no problem.

Old thread, but I just stumbled upon it. DV your car is awesome. I am also from Michigan Grosse Pointe area. However, I have never seen your car at the shows. It is stunning. I am seriously interested in doing this. Is everything pretty much plug n' play?

Curious as why you need two left/right fog lamp supports. I looked them up and one set is for bumpers w/brake air duct and the other is w/o brake air duct.

Would this be the same thing? link

The only things missing would be the:
hood 41-61-7-153-940
L/R brake air duct 51-74-7-891-379/80
L/R Fog lamp support 51117891397/8
splash shield adapter 51758040109
adapter under hood shield 51117892935
L/R bottom cover 51717892801/2

Anything missing?

Hi guys.

I am thinking about getting this 06 330i to rebuild and it looks like a good candidate for LCI upgrade. (fenders are still good on it)

I got the parts list from 2nd post, but question is do I have to go with pre-LCI xenon headlights or I can get LCI xenon headlights? will they plug right in? Is there need for coding or something like that.

Here is a pic of the car I am thinking about picking up.

I've literally got almost everything you need in that same exact color up for sale right now and would be happy to do a package deal. I just completed an LCI M-Sport conversion to my SGM 335. Here's the thread with all of the parts (I'm sure shipping would be the hardest part):
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1190466

Part two: if you decide to do an LCI Conversion, yes the LCI Xenons plug right in and functionally work (except for the three orange leds that most people code out) anyways. That said, the headlights will throw 'bulb out' codes until it's coded out. Just keep in mind that LCI Xenons are 2-3x more expensive than pre-LCI Xenons since you will have to source ballasts, led turn signals, AHL modules, bulbs and a clean pair of housings (trust me I just found this out). Here's a link to my conversion so you can see what it looks like:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1193260

Feel free to PM me with any questions.

Ah this old thread again. DV's car helped convince me to go with the LCI conversion. I got the hood and bumper kit from Sonic Tuning, but I don't think they still sell it anymore. I got my Xenon headlights from a member here who brought them back from Europe- Cost about $950 but I think I got a deal. I actually liked the look of the Pre-lci above the lci.

That's your car after the conversion right!? Do you have any before and after pictures of your car pre Lci and Lci please? 😇
