Smile Joy. Circa 1991. M5.

Had the chance to detail my '91 E34 M5 today and I thought I'd share a few pictures. First drive since winter hibernation...always puts a smile on my face.

Please excuse the iPhone quality, it was an impromptu shoot.

Very impressed on how well kept this car looks. Seats don't have much of the old wrinkly leather wear. Would love to see an engine bay shot.

Thank you! I think I have one around somewhere, I'll see if I can find it.

Thanks! It has a 3.6 liter inline-6 that made around 310 bhp and 270 lb-ft out of the factory. Currently running a D'sylva chip, Eisenmann Sport and Dinan SSK.

Thanks! It's a very analog experience, tons of feedback and great chassis balance. "M mode" is 3 pedals, a steering wheel and some cojones.
