code for alarm, Central Jersey

Can anyone activate my OEM alarm on my 07' 335i that I just installed? My dealer wants an hour of labor to do it at $120 which is pretty ridiculous considering it doesn't take nearly that much time or effort. I'm in Mercer County. Thanks-

You getting off cheap

My dealer quoted $372 - stated the entire car had to be re-flashed to add alarm code to VO and be fully functional - 3.5hrs

Yup, they wanted another $300 to install it. And if I would have purchased it there - that would have been another $300 = $1000 for alarm installed/activated

Needless to say, did not go that route...

the dealership says it takes 2 hours to program the alarm -- $150/hr to program... STEALERSHIP!!!!

AKM can do this for a much more reasonable price!
