wow. this looks like a great deal? i have a 2005 production date e90. are these lower than the stock suspension?

There is a ton of info on this set-up. It is a great (make that great) deal and does fit the LCI e90. It's designed to work with your stock sport springs, but many on here have had good success with oem yellows and a few others. Do a good search and be prepared to read a lot!
