AT&T National anyone (Tiger's tournament)
Anyone else going besides me July 4th weekend? Had a great time last year and look forward to this year's event.

Maybe it's just me, but golf is not a fun spectator sport. Would rather watch it on the hi-def at home

I went to the Congressional Open 10 yrs ago. Didn't even consider following Tiger since it packed 30 deep around him, so followed Vijay, Els, Couples, Love III around instead. Hard to spot the ball and it was hot as hell. Probably would not go again even with free tix.

I went last year with free tickets. First golf event I ever went to and it was fun...I was hungover like hell and it was extremely hot, but it was a fun thing to do once in awhile.

One of my best friends grew up in a house on the Bay Hill course in Orlando (Arnold Palmer Invitational), and we'd hop his fence and walk the course with Tiger. If you can stand the heat, it's an incredibly unique way to experience a golf tournament, and worth doing at least once.

no one else went? i had a great time watching this week with the smaller crowds. its pretty tiring walking the course with all the hills, but getting up close was fun. a lot more corporate sponsors this year which took away some of the sightlines from last year. next year when Tiger comes back is gonna be packed like sardines again.
