looking to meet up with some 335 owners
hey guys, been looking to meet up with some bmw 335i owners here in san antonio...i want to do a few things to my car and want to know who and where are the best places to go. any info would be great...thanks in advance

kulture...there isn't much selection here for what you're looking for. There's a couple shops in town that charge out the ass to do stuff...but they're not experienced with aftermarket. They do mostly routine stuff. You're pretty much on your own with installs. I've done most of the work on my car myself as have others on here. I did meet a guys at a car show here that gave me his card and said he'll do any kind of work on BMW's. I need to find it. I'm sure there might be more around.....go to Coffee and rides on Blanco and 1604 the last Saturday of every month. There's guy that come out there looking to offer their business. There are more shops in Austin/Houston.
Calvin...damnit, go out on Friday! I want to watch you guys run but I can't do it on a school night...lol...like y'all would wait up for me  p.s. I just got some x-drilled rotors. I'm about to put those on and do some painting

hey thanks for the info...i've seen a couple of cars on here that have got me motivated to hook my baby up!! so in the next few months i plan to have a totally different looking ride. maybe i'll bump in to you guys sometime...that vanguard exhaust on your ride is nice man, quad pipes always look good

Hey Gizmo, did you buy the ones that had the hub prepainted black, or ar they all silver? The ones I got are prepainted black, so now I am deciding whether to paint the calipers red still...

Yeah they're black. On another thread a guy told me to make sure I get the black painted/re-painted because the first rain it will come right off??? This includes the center as well...
I think those guys may have convinced me not to do red...I don't usually care so much what people think....but I am re-thinking it. Getting it done next week....
