There are some numbers on the top of the replacement injector. You'll want to see what those numbers are and use INPA to code the new injector.

~$520 each and 2-3 hours of labor.
Updates:
My indie sent all six injectors out to clean, and only 5 are clean-able, #3 needs to be replaced. I got the car back 4 days ago, and so far so good. The cleaning service shop charged $75 per injector.

I posted my symptom earlier in this thread. But basically, I kept getting injector codes on various injectors 6K miles after CBU clean (@ 71K miles). Then finally, @84K miles I got misfire on #3 and engine stutters at low RPM

P0303 – Cylinder 3 -misfire detected

Any idea as to root cause of the injector failure?

I am wondering about that myself...

I've read that many people also got injector issues after CBU clean, not sure it any of the carbon soot got push down stream to the injectors. I also replaced the fuel filter but the engine stuttering persisted, that was when I decided to get them cleaned.

I finally got my ragidy shit running after charging the battery for a few hours, no codes, it sounded like injector knock a few times when idling. but it went away.
I'm going to drive it to work tomorrow then if it's all good I'm sending the ecm out tomorrow and doing the down pipe.
