Assuming it's not already too late for your injectors, add CBU cleaning to the list and you should be good to go.

I had CBU clean and at 71K miles, recently at 84K miles,
got bunch of injector codes, and now

P0303 – Cylinder 3 -misfire detected

Engine stutters under 1000 RPM and clears up above that
This issue happened at 77K miles, and I dump in double dose
of Power Service Diesel clean and it went away until now,
I just did another round of PS Diesel Clean then Liqui Moly
but the issue persists

Any recommendations?

Looking at your intake and the flaps, the CBU is not bad at all. When it is bad you can barely move the swirl flaps.

I did not "say" that - I "assumed" it.

Thanks for adding that important bit of information.

I used a borescope looking into the tangential ports. Then use a starter switch to turn the engine (it costs abot $10 at harbor freight).
I must agree with ideloera that your CBU doesn't look bad at all. Do actually have misfires or does the DDE just say it detected misfires?

I am having my indie garage sending all 6 injectors out for cleaning,
mine has rough idle with Inject #3 misfire code.

Will post back if they can clean them at all, otherwise I would have to replace at least #3 (misfire code) and #5 (many minor codes). They are expensive,
~$520 each and 2-3 hours of labor.

There's always the possibility that the injectors are in fact bad. But I'd always try updating the DDE SW to the latest level and resetting all adaptations first.

I actually don't know if BPC can do it, but I would be very surprised if they can't .
