It should be part of the daily process, check e-mails, reply to e-mails, log onto e90post, banter, etc.... If e-mails aren't going to be answered, why post up an e-mail addy?

I don't know what all this jibber-jabber is about... I called Vishnu last night and they returned my call within 20 minutes and left me a voicemail. I called them back today and it was crazy... I dialed the number and someone picked up the phone and said hello. It's crazy how phone systems work these days!
