Fake Plates
Not sure if this is the right section, but since a 7 letter plate costs $400 a year in Texas, anyone know a good place to get a replica plate made? I want to use it at shows/meets only.

No. But doesn't really matter in this case, OP wants it for shows only.

In Delaware, if you have a low number plate (1-87000, not 99999, no idea why the random cutoff) you can run a replica 1940s style 6x10" plate, but you have to buy it from a sanctioned manufacturer. That's the only legal scenario I'm aware of.

Thanks, I suppose the state and plate number are needed to identify the car, like area code and number, ?
