Slim fit blazer jacket...
Aup
Bit of an odd one perhaps but I think I want to get a slim fit blazer jacket to wear in the evening with jeans etc if I'm going out. But I cant find any decent ones. If I look at the popular retailers they all look like business suit blazers and I want something to wear just in the evenings. I've always found that I find somewhere that does exactly what I want and fit well ie Next slim fit shirts for work, Levi slim fit jeans so I just think I'm not looking in right places. Anyone one here have any suggestions? Dont want to spend anymore than £100. I've got in my head something that looks like this... http://www.ebay.com/itm/150761147585 Only I'd prefer not to buy from eBay and I'd like to buy something I can try on first from a reputable retailer. Dont all reply at once!

Nothing constructive to say but good luck in your quest Actually, a little more help, speak to gIzzE (Guy) as he runs a clothes shop (sorry Guy, reckon you'll have a better name than 'clothes shop'!!). I'd be surprise if he can get you a jacket for under £100 but might point you in the right direction. edit - found it, site down currently, but he runs this place www.middletonsclothing.com

That fleeBay one looks the part and you can't really go wrong at that price. It's one thing which I've always wanted...but have never got around to buying one. I might order one of these myself

Have a play, can take a while to deliver but they do advise on that. + They make exactly what you want. You can customise everything. Quality and finish is very nice on the slim fit blazers, my brother has 2. I know you said no more than £100, but sometimes seeing the quality of an item can stretch your budget and travel .... in that case.... There is a place called Jack bunnies i think in essex, that might be able to help OR Mangas in London. I have used both and they make exceptional quality stuff at 'reasonable' prices. Had custom-tailored shirts and suits made by both. Last edited by DarkAnt335i; 08-14-2012 at 09:52 AM.. |

Even though on the website they look a bit formal. They are defiantly more evening-ware/dinner-ware than business. Especially if you get some contrast detailing in the lapel, button holes etc etc.

You may want to have a scout in M&S (yes seriously)
They do have some skinny fit jackets in there and a lot of normal fit and all for under £100. |

agree with Kaspa, Zara has to be the best option on the high street? although some of their stuff can be a little lairy in colour.
was looking for one myself during the summer, I found one in Zara whilst in Cannes in May, and then I also bought one from Ted Baker when I was in London for my birthday - which was way more than £100 BUT a) you can tell its worth a few quid, and b) its pretty timeless in colour and style so it will get its wear. fashionbeans.com is a decent website to have a search through - ignore all the trend and high fashion catwalk stuff though |

depends on your meaning of fat - Im a size up in Zara over anywhere else, but for a high street brand the cut is fairly good. they dont do they do tall peoples trousers/jeans (me), and they dont do tops for people with long arms (me), so its not all good.

Just had the Hackett AW12 one arrive, it is sublime, but £475.
TopMan probably do a good one, they are more up to date with fits than anyone else as they go to the shows and rip all the designs off within a week. Your going for this look... Or... If it is the single or 2 button single breasted I reckon topman for sure. The top one will more than likely be a little more pricey though. |

Debenhams keep a few. More in the shop than showing on the website.
http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/...xt=mens+blazer A few Jeff Banks and Jasper Conran heavily reduced if you like light colours. |
