Painted brakes

I think what people are getting at is that the color draws attention to the brakes. So once people look at them, they'l'l realize they are just stock brakes. I would consider just getting a BBK at least for the front.

The BBK is amazing, but sooo expensive.
Most people do not need it so why spend all that money for painted calipers?

WELL I guess if u paint them u wont void ur brake warranties....if u upgrade them then say bye bye to ur free brake repair!

I don't like black wheels on any car and if you want to paint the brakes I recommend using the factory color so they simply look new rather than looking like imposters...

is your car if you think it looks cool, do it, I used to have my calipers painted in red it look good, I got bored and change it to black.

I painted mine red. I did it because they were corroded from the north salt and looked like hell. Now they look great. Having a red car ties it in nicely. I actually get alot of compliments on the look.

Not gonna post pics though. These boards can get really nasty when you do a mod like that.

if you are gonna paint them i would do them black so they look nice but don't draw unnecessary attention...
