Blackberry Pearl Compatability

Does the new Pearl work seamlessly with I-Drive? Anyone have any experience with this yet since the BMWUSA.com website does not list it yet (I am sure do to newness).

I do not have IDrive but the pearl does sync fine with the BlueTooth capability in the non-IDrive... if that helps at all.

Just picked up the phone this weekend. Works great.

I was able to have the BB Pearl connect to the bluetooth. The phone shows it is connected and the Blackberry 8100 shows up in the list of phones as being paired. But when I access the communication section in i-drive it say's phone not installed.

Anything special I have to do to get them to sync and have my address book show up?

I just picked up my 335i (w/ iDrive) this past week and my phone syncs fine but ONLY transfers address book contacts up to "H". So all I get is A-H. Has anyone had this same problem or know how to get the rest of my contacts to show??

this question comes up in multiple threads. Address book will stop synching when it hits a group. Delete your groups or move them to the end of your addres book (ie zzgroup1, zzgroup2). If you do this, you should see all your contacts
