I've came to a conclusion that my HID Fogs do not work on my car. I pmed him/ emailed him about this situation. I have some witnesses who will stay anonymous until..yea. I've asked him to send me a relay kit but all he sent me was some wires without a relay on it(this was because we thought the relay kit wasnt working). I Want a refund, he seems like he only signs on e90post at 830am and leaves at 831am(exaggerated but somewhat close). im not trying to be a hater, just want some information from him on what to do with these non working fog lights.

hmm sorry to hear Pak, Steve has always been pretty good to David and I. If you'd like I have a pair of relay kits that you can have if you'd like. I believe they are located in Canada - that's why their hours are a bit strange. Either way I'm sure he'll make things right. If you need the relays just let me know, I can bring them to the next meet.

please dun even be a vendor in E90post
untill u actually have the time to help/respond to their question
they paid the money, a vendor shouldn't take this long to reply and to help them
it pisses me off when they do that
it's all good before u purchase anything....answer ur question within 1 min....
after the purchase....they seems like they are disappear...

i had a great experience with Steve at XenonDepot. Mine would not work for the longest time. I literally installed/uninstalled/reinstalled my kit at least a dozen times, until I found out it was an installation problem on my part.

Steve was kind enough to be patient and walk me through it. I did have to wait to get in touch as they had gone on vacation when I was looking for help.

Give him some time, I am sure he'll respond and make things right....dont try to make it sound like he's robbed you of your $$ b/c I am sure thats not what it is...

I've given him plenty of time. Like 2 months already. He asked me for the serial numbers on the ballast and i gave them to him. Then he said what seems to be the problem. I PMed him like 2 mins after he PMed me. And after that he hasnt responded to any of my emails/PMs. He wants me to give him my number but right now i dont have a phone. So this feedback thread is my last solution. I PMed him yesterday, last week, and soo on. and his last activity date was yesterday. Last Activity: Yesterday 08:29 AM.
