Got new turbos,wastegates are worst

Finally I got my car from the dealer after 3 weeks of waiting, they replace the turbos cause the wastegates were rattling. The car only have right know spearco intercooler and jb3 1.4 and when I change maps the rattlle is worst than before. Can this be fixed with the jb3? What can I do?

I think only procede has that feature.
