Looking at buying staggered set up for my 335i Xdrive ..... Has anyone had an clearance issues running 10.5 on the rear?

Re
35 in the front and 45 in the rear. I'm not too worried about inner rubbing guessing more outer. My car currently is 100% stock everything but I'm starting to change things piece by piece. Tire would be a 275 in the rear.

Don't see any problem with that setup. It shouldn't rub at all. I mean vendors recommend 9.5 et35 or 10 et38 to rear with 265/30/19 and that's rub free setup. Your 10.5 et45 would extend 3mm more than 9.5 et35 and 1mm less than 10 et38.

I'd be more worried about inside clearance. Might need a spacer but I'm not too sure on that one.

I don't think that's a problem since #Tee has 12.5 et27 at rear and it has 7mm less clearance towards inside than 10.5 et45.

Cool. I wasn't sure because 11"et33 was close on the inside before I added spacers and 10.5 et45 has less clearance than that. A spacer wouldn't be a bad idea either way.
