I just got hired by nissan/infiniti as an engineer in their caton, ms plant and as a nissan employee I get a excellent discount on an infinti so the bmw needs to go. Looking for someone to take over my lease that ends june 2013 (19 months left.) Looking for someone to take over the payments, with a down payment of 4500.

The car is loaded with almost every option (no nav) original price was over 44k. I put down a ton of money when I bought it which is why the payments are so low and why I need the 6000 as a down payment.

Also forgot to add, the lease is for 12,000 miles a year, and I have 7200 miles on it right now (mostly highway.) and the residual value is just over $32,000

Yeah hoping so, I put down the max amount on the lease, so thats why I'm asking for a $6000 down payment, but still its a really good deal.
