Apparently, the standard Bridgestones suck

At least according to C&D's tire test. They tested 11 different tires (using an E90 325i) and the Bridgestones Potenza RE050A that come standard on at least some of the E90's (C&D tested the non-RFT version) came in 9th.

the pirelli's are even worse!!!!!!

umm, that tire test is lame though

treadwear and cost are factors...................... just tell me which ones are the damn best and I'll buy those.

I'm leaning heavily toward the 4th place PS2's they worked well on my M3

C'mon guys...
...I like my 330's handling just as much as the next owner but Bridgestone tires
don't exactly have the reputation of being the best tires out there.
Even if Ferrari does use them on their cars.

If I had had a choice at purchase time, I would have taken Michelins PS2s in a heartbeat....

Also, just because they aren't rated as good as other tires doesn't mean that they aren't good. All of the tires are probably excellent, but there could be a few that are slightly better in someone's opinion.
