If you are after a color change, you can go with an LED setup like the RD ICE. They won't be brighter than OEM but are a good option to match a xenon output.
For the fogs, you can go with a Hyperwhite bulb like the Xenesis or GP Thunders. They are a blue coated bulb that are a more affordable replacement to upgrade the color. You can also retrofit HIDs for a brighter and pure white output. This can be done for your angel eyes and fogs. |

Brighter/whiter angels ............. I ran the Luminics Titanium white for a while that were really great for being a non-LED setup.

I doubt that you will find a brighter bulb that simply plugs in. You can change colors and that may add to some clarity but to get to your goal you will have to go more extreme and likely violate the law because the lights on your car are as bright as they legally can be.
