kw's v2

heard alot of good reviews on kw coilovers. i'm going to get a set of kw's for my e90
wat's the ideal setting for kw's v2 coilovers dampering rate.
don't track with the car. use it daily as my work horse. enjoy spirited driving but have my wife beside me at times.
any ideas on the front & rear hard/soft setting. should it be the same or different.
cheers

Im not 100% sure, but I believe my rears are in the middle. My fronts are 2 full turns away from the stiffest setting.

My optimal setting:

1.5 turns front
2.0 turns rear

I have played with several different settings and this is the best for normal daily driving. With this setting, the ride is softer than the ZSP stock suspension.

Right now I have mine set at 12 clicks from the hardest in the front and 10 clicks from the hardest setting in the rear. Since I just changed over to non-RFT's I'm going to adjust them a little stiffer. I'll probably try out 10 clicks from hardest in the front and 8 clicks from hardest in the rear this weekend.

Yes, turn clockwise all the way till it stops. That's the stiffest setting. Then turn it counter-clockwise to make it softer. Basically, 4 clicks makes a full turn, so 8 clicks = 2 turns.

Hope this explains the KW V2 setting's.

There are suggested settings that come with the kit then you can personalize it from there

We have them in stock & ready to ship. Let us know if you have any questions
