in this part of the world they fine the car and not the licence holder so it the same happened here i would simply say its not my car the one parked there and i wouldnt pay and bill

No excuse for a perfectly healthy person to park on a handicapped parking spot. :mad: You should pay up and never park on a blue zone again!

My mom has had one of the temp mirror hangers for years. She needs it some days, but if she is feeling a little better, she says to leave it for someone who needs it more. My dad PISSES ME OFF sometimes when he uses it, and my mom isn't in the car.
I make a point of checking cars parked in the blue. No sticker, out comes the cell phone to alert the authorities. . .

DR, it's kinda like that hot tea pot, you probably won't grab it again once you pay the $300+
