CCC Europe Business 2014 update question

I've downloaded the ISOs for the above update for my car- many thanks to the uploaders!

The download contained two ISOs which relate to the two discs which cover different parts of Europe.

I have burned the smaller file for DVD2 at 3.7gb to a DVD-R and it works on my CCC system with no problems at all.

Unfortunately, the three countries which I really need the maps for- UK, France & Belgium- are on DVD1. The ISO for DVD1 is 5.99gb and too big to fit on a normal DVD- am I missing something here? Do I need to burn to a dual layer DVD? I was thinking not, given that my Sat Nav system is from 2008 and technology from even earlier and probably not able to read them anyway?

I have a funny feeling that I'm missing something really simple here- any advice greatly appreciated
