I got rid of my M3 because of BMW of El Paso, TX. Absolutely awful. I'll buy another BMW once I leave El Paso.

I'm a bit surprised to see #4 as I've dealt with them several times and found them to be terrible. That's the only dealer I've ever walked into that made me feel as if they truly did not want to sell me a car.

I know many customers of Bridgeport (#5) and they all seem very happy.
Really? Strange. The same guy owns both dealerships, and my experience has been the exact opposite. The Ridgefield sales staff has been fantastic to work with - just bought 2 cars from them in fact, but I've walked out of Bridgeport angrily no fewer than 3 times... I won't go back there. North Haven has treated me well in the past too.

I bought my Z at the Open Road dealership in Edison NJ... glad they're not on that list. I did not enjoy my buying experience, and as soon as the $$ was exchanged they felt like they didn't have to deal with me anymore.

Surprised the dealership in Monterey Ca isn't on there though... I always enjoy going there.

+1 for Honolulu

I'm a sales manager at BMW of Honolulu and I can tell you there are a LOT of components that go into winning this award. Like someone else said it depends on your sales vs objectives and operational measures as well as your CSI scores and market share. Not everyone is going to agree with the entire lineup of dealers but everyone should tip their hat to an organization that can claim they are one of the top 10% in the country at what they do.

I am proud of our dealership and the effort that 200 or so employees put forward to be named. Good job to the other dealers on this list as well!

The 'Live Free or Die' state has the top two dealerships, wow! Purchased my F30 last year from Tulley BMW and they are awesome.

Ditto. I'm shocked to see them on the list. Even though I live just minutes from them, I wouldn't even dare stepping on their premises at all. There must be something horribly wrong with how the ranking works. Probably all related to the dealer's PR department anyway

It's extremely sad that BMW NA is headquartered in NJ and yet no NJ dealers made the list

Good Job BMW Alexandria. Surprised why BMW of Silver Spring is not on there. They also sell good prices for parts at getbmwparts.

Hell, south florida? How about Fl in general? There's dozens in this state and only one, in Pensacola no less, made it. Thats pretty sad. But then I'm reminded why just about every time I go to lease another vehicle.
