Have Dinan Stage II & SSTT installed at same time?
1. I went and got the Dinan Stage II done today and the place told me to keep the SSTT connected it wouldnt affect anything, Is this true?
2. How do you know which software was installed cause the tech came and said at first that the only option available is Stage I but then he came back and said no I got it working Stage II is downloading now. Is this weird? |

That is a very bad idea.
Also, to verify that your tune is working, you should invest in a good boost gauge. From dinan: Quote:

What really happens is that a very dangerous black hole is created in space and the earth will get sucked in. In fact, the more tunes you have stacked, the likelihood of other planets getting sucked into the black hole in our solar system increases exponentially. If you go with Dinan, SSTT, Helix, AA, JB2 & 3, and Shiv's rocket launcher, you may just suck our entire solar system into another dimension. Just be careful man. |

But seriously dude, you spent a lot of $$$ and you want to take this risk? Beats me. First of all you wont gain much, second, if you wanted a high boost tune, you should have saved your money and gone with a V3 instead. Dinan is all about warranty.

Do it and then blame Dinan if anything goes wrong...
Kidding.

You might as well turn around and get the M3, cause you will end up messing things up and paying out of pocket for repairs.
This is almost akin to putting in two boost controllers. One of them increases boost by 8 psi, and the other by 8 psi, so you are safe. Where do you think that these tunes get power from, pixie dust and good intentions? Thank God you asked. |
