Yeah, major changes for me within the last couple of years. Would you believe I still have your wedding gift? Never had your address to send it, but then again not sure of how I could've sent it. Wish I could have been there. Please tell me you're still married! PM me .... where I'm located only allows for internet and a landline. Strange, I already know. I've gotten used to it though. |

hey folks, the dinners are planned via fb now more than these forums as people are more active on fb than here these days. Since I moved to Georgetown we have definitely picked up the pace with dinner meets. We have one this Thursday at 6:30 at Brickhouse on 183.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Victor Bianco. I am a close cousin of Anthony (ToadHollow). I am saddened to inform those of you who know/knew Anthony that he passed away March 9, 2014. He was involved in a car accident March 4th and passed late Monday morning. I spoke to JM (2V4NOW) before posting this message to you to ask if posting would be appropriate. In looking through Anthony's vast amount of posts I believe he was well respected within this online community. Hopefully those of you who knew him will remember his passion for cars and life in general. Thank you, JM. I/Anthony's family are very appreciative to you. As unexpected as his passing was we are thankful he left somewhat of an impact on this community that he enjoyed so much. I will post a new topic with the announcement within the general forum once my account has been given full privileges. Anthony had mentioned friends he had made within the BMW community and was proud to have known each of you. - Victor Last edited by VB123; 03-19-2014 at 08:27 PM.. |

I'm very sorry to hear this bad news. I was always in contact with Tony and I was in shock what happened to him. RIP my BMW brother. He sure will be remembered!

Very sorry to hear this. He was a friend and mentor to me. I worked with him detailing cars for quite a while and he was an overall great guy. I even wondered how he was doing on the 10th as we share the same birthday. Are there any more details you can share? Like was he back from Italy yet?

Tony was a great guy and he will be sadly missed by the ATX Bimmer guys here. This was the last photo I took of him when we had the TX BBQ together

Thank you everyone. These are the most recent pictures we were able to find.
Anthony had arrived here in New York March 1st. He had plans to see a friend in North Carolina and was then planning to go to Texas to see friend who's wedding he had missed. From what we understand Anthony had been stopped on the shoulder of interstate 40. A witness said he had been helping another motorist. A tractor-trailer truck struck Anthony's car and the other car. No one else was injured, but Anthony. |

Victor-
My condolences to you and the rest of the Bianco family. Tony is greatly missed. I don't know what to say, unexpectedly losing someone who has made such an impact on your life is difficult to express. Flashbacks of all the great times we had start coming to mind. The pic posted up above by Jacob was at my old place in Austin. If you were privelaged enough to have met Tony, you knew very quickly he was passionate about a few things; Eating, photography, cars, and most importantly his friends. I am one of the few fortunate. I miss you dearly my friend. See you when I see you. JM |

As JM had mentioned; I posted a type of announcement to the forum informing the community. I found other pictures I believe he took of cars in Austin and shared those within the post.
If any of the pictures include a car owned by someone here then I apologize for not asking permission. I don't know anything other than the pictures looked good. Thank You. |
