Parents pay $60 for the house. But I think they may not be legit if ya know what im sayin. I think the actual corporations wanted $100+. I'm looking for $40 for the 2bd apt.

We have two, each gets $20/hour. It's always a flat rate of $120 per visit. We use the hourly rate if we want deep cleaning (inside fridge or behind large furniture or closets, polish stuff etc.) or other random things done.

Best money ever spent. Do it.

I would 100% go with someone that your friends or family uses. Not pick them out of the phonebook or something.

We used to have these 2 great Irish ladies. They were older and had a lot of time. They'd probably put in about 5 hours each on a given day and this place would be spotless. They'd do anything you asked and they usually washed my sheets and remade the bed. They were great but they moved back to Ireland.

I need somebody who is gross looking and cleans like a motherfucker. I want to be able to gel my hair looking at the shining hard wood floor.

I have a live in which I usually constantly have to remind on what to clean. When they first arrive they are great and do everything perfectly but as time goes on they start to feel more comfortable and start getting lazy.

I used to get my apt cleaned every 2 weeks. $75.00 for my small ass apt. Now that I moved, and I have to deal with 3x the mess, I am gonna have her come once a week.

I used to stress about how messy my apt was, or how I had too much laundry to do. I would also get myself down about how I wasn't keeping up with it. I got really prideful about it and refused to hire someone to help me. Until I realized that I spend more on booze in one night than I do on someone to clean my apt and do some laundry.

No more of that shit. So now my apartment is spotless. My laundry is done. And I have more time to sit on the couch and do nothing.

two or three of my nieces come by on Sundays (usually). Just depends on who needed motherly advice that week, and how good the food is planned for that day. I provide auto advice, and some minor repairs. The only thing I clean for them before they get there is my night stand, because I don't want them messing with my (dis)organization of paperwork and shit on there.

Once my diploma fell off the wall between the wall and my desk, very slight indent mark on the bottom of the frame on the back of it, unnoticeable when it's hanging. Other than that, so far so good

It's disgusting... I don't even want to think about it anymore. I always have a set of sheets on the bed and a clean set in the closet at all times... When I change the set I wash the one I remove and repeat. If I fuck on the bed.. the next day I change and wash..

Casper, you probably can't smell it because you are used to it... but your bedroom smells.

I always have a spare set of sheets. I usually ask the girl if she would mind changing them, as I'm pretty good with with painting between the lines. Shes usually the one making a mess.
