I've always had a beater. I have my E90 and an older ES300 that rides on clouds over a lot of the crappy roads I drive on. Still looking for another old school Bimmer as a project to replace my E34.

I buy and sell cars as a side business but mainly as as a hobby so there are usually some on the way in and some on the way out.

I have an e92, an e36 and a FJ Cruiser and thats about all the ins/regristration i wanna pay for.


Motorcycles, now thats a whole other story. You know how many of those fuckers you can fit in a two car garage?

Sorry for the partial thread hijack, but can you tell me more about how you do this in Mass? (either here or by PM) I've wanted to do the same for a while but when I looked into it, you basically need to get a used car dealer license and have a business (bricks and mortar) with a sign out front. That wouldn't go over well in my neighborhood, nor with the wife. Do you buy them, register and insure them, and then sell them, or is there another way. Thanks, and yes, I'd love to have a stable. Not sure if it will ever happen though. Not enough space right now and not planning to move until retirement.
