Today Is Bitch Session

I'm sending an email and letter to Tom Purves and cc'ing my dealership
I will be listing all of my complaints with my vehicle since inception in a tactful manner of course

Could a few people chime in regarding paying for certain service updates or features

i had to pay for day time running lights -150
i have to pay for mp3 disk playback-didnt get
I have to pay for the locking mechanism to be replaced because I have 50K miles
There were others, but I'm looking for all my service tickets.

Well what do you expect? I mean not to sound harsh or anything but you do have over 50K miles on it and thats when all BMW free service ends, whether or not you are at 4 years or not. So what exactly are you expecting?

+1, I don't get what you're expecting seeing that you're out of the warranty period.

can't you turn on and off your day-time running lights using the control stick on the steering column?

+1 if it looks like I am going to keep this car past 50K (more likely 4 years as I have 2300 miles in 4 months...LOL!!) I will definitely be looking at an extended warranty
