Hey fellas, bare with me as I'm new to the stretch and poke world!

-I will be getting BC Racing coil overs and dropping my car at the same time.
-I plan on rolling my rear fenders.
-I don't plan on running camber plates.
-I don't mind a LITTLE rubbing.

I want to put the following tires and wheels on my E92 335i.
Rear: 18x10.5 ET 22 with a 245 tire
Front: 18x9.5 ET 22 with a 225 tire (they have the option for a 18x9.5 ET34, if the ET22 won't fit)

Will it look nice, and will it fit? What profile tires you guys think I should run? I'm going for a stretch and poke look, any advice is appreciated. Any pics of E92s running similar specs are also very much appreciated! Thanks!

Depends on how much you wanna go. I would go with smaller tires if you want an aggressive stretch.

I'm runnin a 30/255 on 19x10" et12 in the rear, stock camber, on my e92 -- I rub like fuck... Like, literally my sidewalls are notched out a good qtr. inch.

If your looking for the stretch'd n poke'd look (stretched tires, lips poked past the fender, slammed) you need camber to even go close to low enough.

I got all the advice in the world from fellow member "stretchNpoke". It made me realize that camber is needed if you want that look.

Thanks for the info! Camber plates are damn expensive. Not really looking into that option at the moment, but if they're needed then so be it. But more camber means more wear on the inside of your tires right? I can't be eating tires often when they're $250 each!

Off topic: what happens when you get a flat and the tire folds open to the stretch and you ride on your rim?

I've always wondered that when I see you guy poking. Also need to know since I'll be stretched a bit in my coming set up

Not sure if it helps you any but I'm currently running that same set you're looking for. However, I'm an E90 and I see that you have an E92. I don't have any issues other than minor rubbing in the front over hard bumps or with a full load.

What makes stretched tires popular is that It allows u to get the lip of the rim very close to the fender lip while the tire is tucked up under the fender nicely.

You can accomplish this quite well with the rear wheels but the front can be more of a challenge. My BMW and several others after being lowered end up with -.5 to -1.0 camber up front which isn't much. Camber plates would really help u get the fronts leaning in so u can go much lower even with a low offset wheel.

Also, I would go a little wider with the tires. 245 on a 10.5 is a lot of stretch. 255 would be just right in my opinion if u are limited to that wheel size.
