Dinan Suspension Stage 3 Questions

I was just wondering if I purchase Dinan suspension upgrades, do I need to purchase all three stages or by purchasing stage 3 do I get the best upgrade from dinan?

I'm a noob :P

You may want to stick with the stage 2, unless you like replacing your wheels 3 times as often as before. All stage 3 adds to the mix are the camber plates, I was told.

Stage 3 included stage 1 and stage 2 of the upgrade suspension
