Anyone have CF Wheel Roundels without the ugly grey plastic border?

So I just put my new CF and white roundels on and discovered that the wheel ones have an ugly grey border around the outside. The picture on the vendor's site did not have this border for this product (though the CF/white CF and black/white ones did).

Do all CF wheel roundels have this plastic or has anyone found some that are bordered in chrome, like the OEM ones? I'm sure I'll take some flak someday from BMW purists for swapping the roundels to begin with, the least I can do is do it right...

Thanks for any insight...

they got rid of that grey border for the 2009's. if i remember correctly, the blue cf ones i got from EAS fit on the new style center cap. but they are just overlays.
